Step 1: Inviting the Guests
Make a list of friends, family, neighbors and co-workers you want to invite. It is always best to invite at least 2 to 3 times as many people you want to come. We all have busy schedules and not everyone can make the same date. Be sure to give a catalog to the people that can't come. Send or hand deliver the invitations provided by your Chef two weeks before your tasting. Remember the more the merrier!

Step 2: Choosing a menu and/or theme
Sunny Hollow Farms has a wide range of products. We want to make each Sunny Hollow Farms tasting you attend is unique and we, also, want to assure you and your guests pick what YOU want. Look over our Themes and Menu ideas or browse our Catalog section to start picking your menu now!

Step 3: Reminder Calls
• Contact your guests one or two days before the party.
• Remind them to come hungry!
• Suggest catalog orders and bookings for those who cannot attend.
• Remind guests to bring a friend.

Remember, you earn free products based on the total sales and bookings at your party.

• Begin a wish list and set a goal!

Step 4: Preparation
• Plan to provide prep area in the kitchen for your Chef.
• Have adequate seating for guests.
• Your Chef will need a table to display the sample buffet and to display product.
