5 medium potatoes, washed and sliced thinly or
Oil, just enough to cover the bottom of your skillet
1 stick butter
1 t. Smokehouse Seasoning
Heat oil and fry your potatoes until brown. Turning once to keep from
breaking potatoes into small pieces.
Melt butter in microwave or a small pan. Add Smokehouse Seasoning.
Let set a few minutes. Pour over fried potatoes or hash browns.
