Anna’s Black Bean Dip – Just Peachy Salsa – Recipe
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 or 2 Avocado, Cubed
- 1 small red onion diced
- 1 or 2 jalapenos, diced (optional)
- 1 jar SHF Just Peachy Salsa OR Just Peachy FIRE SalsaPita Chips
- 1 can Corn (fresh makes a difference)
- 1 bag Pita or Corn Chips
- Rinse and drain beans in colander. Add corn and let drain. Pour beans and corn into a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Let set in the refrigerator at least 2 hours or overnight. Serve with Tortilla or Pita Chips.
This transports easily making it great for game, football or Superbowl Day.
