Anna’s Black Bean Dip – Just Peachy Salsa – Recipe

  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 or 2 Avocado, Cubed
  • 1 small red onion diced
  • 1 or 2  jalapenos, diced (optional)
  • 1 jar SHF Just Peachy Salsa OR Just Peachy FIRE SalsaPita Chips
  • 1 can Corn (fresh makes a difference)
  • 1 bag  Pita or Corn Chips


  • Rinse and drain beans in colander. Add corn and let drain. Pour beans and corn into a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Let set in the refrigerator at least 2 hours or overnight. Serve with Tortilla or Pita Chips.


This transports easily making it great for game, football or Superbowl Day.
