Description
5 medium potatoes, washed and sliced thinly or
shredded
Oil, just enough to cover the bottom of your skillet
1/2 stick butter
1 t. Smokehouse Seasoning
Heat oil and fry your potatoes until brown. Turning once to keep from
breaking potatoes into small pieces.
Melt butter in the microwave or a small pan. Add Smokehouse Seasoning.
Let set for a few minutes. Top fried potatoes or hash browns with seasoned butter.
